Hotel Genova is in the Esquilino district of Rome, near the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and the Teatro dell’Opera. We have an excellent position, within easy reach of the city’s main sights and touristic, economic and cultural centre.

From nearby Termini Station, just round the corner from Hotel Genova, public transport routes lead to the centre of Rome, the Forum and the Colosseum, and trains leave for every city in Italy.

This neighbourhood is a real crossroads of famous Roman squares and streets, like the Piazza dei Cinquecento, which is served by metro lines A and B, all bus lines and the train that connects the city with Fiumicino Airport.

Hotel Genova is on Via Cavour, one of the capital’s main streets, on which you can also find the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli, which houses Michelangelo’s wonderful Moses.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

  • FROM THE NORTH

    Take the A1 motorway until the Rome North exit, continue on the ring road and exit at Settebagni. Follow the signs for Salaria and then for the city centre, in the direction of Porta Pinciana. Arrive at Termini Station and continue along Via Cavour for 300 yards.

  • FROM THE EAST

    Reach the ring road on its eastern side by any road and turn onto Via Tiburtina. Continue in the direction of Termini Station and follow the directions in the “By train” section

  • FROM THE SOUTH

    From the A1 motorway, join the ring road and take exit 23, Appia. Arrive at San Giovanni and continue in the direction of Termini Station, then along Via Cavour for 300 yards.

  • FROM TERMINI STATION

    Once you arrive at Termini Station, it is just a 300-yard walk to Hotel Genova. From the main entrance to the station, turn left onto Via Cavour and you will see the hotel on your right after 150 yards.

  • FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT

    From Rome Fiumicino Airport you can reach Termini Station by the Leonardo Express train or Terravision bus. From here the hotel is just 300 yards on foot. You can also get here by taxi or hire car if you prefer. Take the Rome–Fiumicino road, turn onto Via Cristoforo Colombo and continue in the direction of the city centre, San Giovanni and Termini Station. Continue along Via Cavour for 300 yards.
